Scrubex can prepare floors using our Blastrac unit. We are able to remove any old coatings in preparation for installation of a new coating. Even freshly poured concrete requires shot blasting prior to installation of a floor coating.

Diamond Floor Profiling

For hard to remove coatings and sealants, Scrubex will utilize our specially designed diamond grinding system to remove all old coatings. This method prior to the installation of a floor coating prepares all edges and corners

Acid Etching

Scrubex can prepare a floor surface for coating with a process called acid etching. This process involves applying an acid to your floor to open up the concrete pores in your floor for better absorption of a new coating or floor hardener.
